This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further enhancement of our Kubernetes clusters (Hetzner Cloud & on-premises).
• You ensure the availability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, continuously optimizing it.
• You operate and maintain our core platform components, including databases (PostgreSQL, Typesense, MongoDB), Keycloak, and self-hosted AI models.
• You develop and implement strategies for deployments, updates, backups, and recovery of these systems.
• You implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions for our entire infrastructure.
• You develop, operate, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab and Docker.
• You contribute innovative ideas to enhance and evolve our infrastructure, processes, and tools.
• You manage our internal cloud and SaaS services (e.g., Atlassian, Microsoft 365, GitLab).
• You ensure all systems and processes comply with the requirements of ISO 27001 and GDPR while actively supporting audits.
• You collaborate closely with our development team, offering support for infrastructure-related queries and backend development.
• You are motivated and work well in a team environment.
• You approach your tasks with diligence and a sense of responsibility.
• You contribute your own ideas to shape the company and focus on finding solutions over identifying problems.
• You enjoy enhancing products and envisioning future developments.
