DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the infrastructure that supports all of our services.

• Work collaboratively with Product Engineering teams to assist them in building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, reliable, and efficient software.

• Engage in the identification and assessment of new technologies and platform services.

• Participate in our on-call rotation to address urgent production incidents.

• Continuously enhance your expertise and contribute to our collective knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience and understanding of Linux (Centos, Ubuntu).

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi), and advanced load balancing and networking.

• Familiarity with Cassandra, Elasticsearch or Opensearch, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, git, and Docker containers.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or preferably Github Actions).

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, highly available and distributed systems, monitoring and alerting, and security best practices.

• Scripting and coding skills, preferably in Bash and Python, although we welcome other languages you may suggest.

• Ability to be a team player, well-organized, and eager to assist others.

• Proficient in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal.
