This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop features and enhancements for services and products in a secure and tested manner, following company guidelines.
• Write technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot high-level and complex technical issues.
• Ensure best practices for high-scale services and products, maintaining our coding style and necessary maintainability.
• Address performance and optimization challenges, especially at scale, while demonstrating the ability to diagnose and prevent them.
• Mentor and guide team members to help them enhance their technical skills, removing obstacles to their autonomy and agility.
• Add value to the team and effectively communicate your ideas to your area leader.
• Availability to resolve critical issues as needed.
• Collaborate to handle support activities required by our internal departments.
• B2 level or higher English proficiency and Portuguese (desirable).
• Experience in Development with Ruby on Rails or Node.JS.
• Over 4 years of experience working with GCP (GKE, CloudRun, CloudSQL, Memorystore, Pub/Sub, VPN, Compute Engine, IAM, etc.).
• Mid or senior experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with environment variables in container instances and tools (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience working with Kafka and/or Pub/Sub.
• Development and deployment of infrastructure as code (preferably cloud-agnostic tools).
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Solid knowledge and practice in software engineering, including best practices for the complete software development lifecycle (this includes coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, among others).
• Experience with operating systems, Linux file systems, proxies, and web servers.
• Hands-on experience in designing and distributing large-scale distributed systems and high-quality client-server architectures.
• Effectively communicate technical ideas and collaborate with both technical and non-technical peers.
• Desirable: experience in creating microservices and APIs, knowledge of JSON, TypeScript, Node.JS, security and compliance understanding, and familiarity with common algorithms and data structures.

• Location: Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Panama, Peru.
• Work arrangement: 100% remote.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Mexico).
