DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and develop systems for extensive distributed web applications

• Set up, monitor, and manage web servers

• Oversee system security

• Configure and establish necessary components and software

• Manage redundancy, load balancing, and failover processes

• Create and sustain high-load and high-availability infrastructure

• Analyze service infrastructure requirements and provide justifications

• Conduct performance monitoring

• Optimize performance through auto-scaling

• Write and revise scripts

• Containerize applications using Docker

• Develop Ansible playbooks

• Establish CI/CD pipelines for company initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a DevOps role

• Strong knowledge of container tools and orchestration technologies

• Proficient understanding of service mesh

• Significant experience with Linux

• Solid grasp of production-level network architecture

• Experience in establishing and maintaining monitoring services such as Prometheus/Alertmanager/Grafana

• Familiarity with relational databases

• Competent in scripting

• Proficient in Ansible

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, among others

• Ability to operate within the EST time zone

• Intermediate English proficiency or higher
