DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.

• Develop and oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

• Automate the provisioning of infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform.

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications to guarantee high availability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with developers and operations teams to ensure seamless release cycles.

• Enforce security best practices for the management of AWS and GCP resources.

• Address system outages or technical issues promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in DevOps.

• Minimum of 3 years specifically working with AWS services.

• Direct hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure and services.

• Knowledge of Azure fundamentals is a plus.

• Strong understanding of AWS services.

• Significant hands-on experience with GCP services.

• Practical knowledge of core Microsoft Azure services and concepts.

• Expert proficiency in Terraform.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Advanced expertise in GitHub Actions.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.

• Solid experience with monitoring and alerting tools across AWS and GCP.

• Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of AWS and GCP cloud security principles.

• Excellent skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
