DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technological well-being of Insider One, significantly influencing the development lifecycle.

• Oversees all aspects of distribution operations, including the creation and automation of solutions to enhance site availability.

• Develops internal solutions and implements best practices to further enhance and automate site reliability.

• Collaborates with our development team to support and advance continuous delivery and integration practices.

• Enhances communication between development and operations teams while rectifying issues from earlier development phases.

• Designs analytical tools that deliver actionable insights into application performance, efficiency, and quality.

• Conducts thorough code reviews to dynamically enhance applications and ensure timely project completions.

• Maintains the speed, stability, reliability, and accessibility of our core and revenue-critical services and applications, while scaling and safeguarding our platform cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Huawei Cloud (Kubernetes, S3, RDS, ELB, ECS, Elastic Cache) along with a strong understanding of security applications.

• Have deployment experience utilizing Terraform or Terragrunt on AWS, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud.

• Comfortable configuring and supporting Linux-based servers and applications.

• Familiar with Git and Git branching models.

• Solid knowledge of networking, VPCs, and Security Groups, with the ability to troubleshoot various types of network traffic.

• In-depth knowledge of the design, construction, and maintenance of CI and CD pipelines.

• Good understanding of Docker technologies.

• Experience in distributing a diverse range of software products for testing, staging, and production environments.

• Prepared to participate in on-call rotations.

• Holding AWS, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud certifications is an advantage.
