This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Develop and enhance code to boost scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Participate in unit testing and peer reviews to uphold a high-quality codebase.

• Work collaboratively within a compact agile team to plan, execute, and continuously enhance projects.

• Ensure the operational readiness of solutions, focusing on performance, monitoring, reliability, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Engage in design, development, automation, and operational support tasks.

• Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for swift, reliable, and automated deployments.

• Strive for continuous enhancement of system performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and operational processes.

• Promote the use of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Installs, and Support teams to ensure platforms are production-ready and adequately supported.

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Software Development positions.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

• Excellent scripting abilities in PowerShell or comparable scripting languages.

• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience in virtualized, containerized, or distributed environments.

• Solid grasp of containerization and orchestration principles.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).

• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Fully remote work permitted from anywhere within the Philippines.

• Flexible working hours that extend beyond the required overlap.
