This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Establish and configure new development tools and infrastructure.

• Accurately, efficiently, and securely deploy product updates and fixes.

• Ensure systems are protected and secure from cybersecurity threats.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers to guarantee that development adheres to established processes and functions as intended.

• Automate and enhance development and release workflows.

• Create tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience.

• Investigate, identify, and resolve technical issues.

• Plan projects and participate in project management decisions.

• Provide Level 2 technical support.

• Develop software that integrates with internal back-end systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.

• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar Software Engineering role.

• Proficient in git and git workflows.

• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle in an agile environment.

• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting languages.

• Proficiency and experience in Security is a significant advantage!

• Knowledge of web-based and mobile application development.

• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
