DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate to enhance the continuous improvement of the development environment

• Manage build and deploy pipelines

• Script and automate operational processes

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines and application processes

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps role

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible

• Knowledge and use of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for managing build and deploy pipelines

• Scripting skills in a Linux environment, preferably with Bash and/or Python

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes

• Basic understanding of containerized environments and platforms like Kubernetes and/or OpenShift

• Experience with Docker for container management

• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot pipelines, automations, and application processes

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (considered a plus)

• A proactive approach to operational process automation and continuous improvement

• Capability to work independently while adhering to assigned priorities, in accordance with various project needs

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to travel for short trips
