DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and security.

• Design and maintain infrastructure utilizing Terraform and configuration management tools (Chef or similar).

• Create automation and tooling solutions using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.

• Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies using Azure DevOps.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across both Linux and Windows systems.

• Assist with infrastructure lifecycle processes: provisioning, patching, monitoring, and optimization.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in configuration management (Chef preferred; Puppet/Ansible acceptable).

• Familiarity with AWS architecture and Azure services.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, boards).

• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash; Python for automation purposes.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

• Background in DevOps and infrastructure operations.

• Experience in managing both Linux and Windows environments.

• Capacity to troubleshoot and automate operational workflows.

• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus).

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language in a business context.
