This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance and support our CI/CD pipeline tools to aid development teams working on various software products.
• Foster relationships with development teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Implement infrastructure as code, creating tools for deploying infrastructure in development environments.
• Containerize applications to enhance deployment processes and application resilience.
• Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to streamline and refine workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure can dynamically scale and recover from disaster scenarios.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Possess a solid understanding of security benchmarking.
• Manage development resources and access controls.
• Be available for occasional after-hours work.
• Develop internal tools to enhance operational efficiency and provide self-service solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with running Kubernetes / EKS in production settings.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Bash, Python, or GOLang, with a preference for GOLang.
• Familiarity with CI tools including CircleCI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab.
• Professional experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
• Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficient in GIT.
• Experience with monitoring tools, APM, logging, and infrastructure.
• Brief experience working with MySQL, Amazon Aurora, and Redshift.
