DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) adhering to established architectural patterns and standards.

• Create reusable modules utilizing Terraform and/or AWS CDK for services including Amazon Web Services Glue, S3, Lake Formation, IAM, Step Functions, and EventBridge.

• Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, linting, and deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

• Implement monitoring and observability solutions, encompassing dashboards, alerts, and automated notifications via CloudWatch.

• Oversee environment provisioning, release orchestration, and deployment automation.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and platform teams to guarantee infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.

• Proficient with Amazon Web Services services.

• Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CDK.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools.

• Understanding of infrastructure security, IAM, and best practices in cloud governance.

• Nice to Have: Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with data services such as Glue, Lake Formation, or contemporary data lake implementations.

• Exposure to Agile delivery environments and platform enablement teams.

• Advanced English skills required (both written and spoken).
