DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You play a crucial role in shaping the operation and ongoing development of our Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.

• You implement contemporary deployment workflows utilizing Git and ArgoCD to ensure our infrastructure remains stable and scalable.

• You leverage Grafana to maintain oversight of our clusters, ensuring high availability and dependable alerting.

• You connect traditional and modern environments while securely managing our Linux and Windows servers.

• You comprehend the requirements of the business units and convert them into detailed technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enthusiastic computer scientist with a Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH).

• Strong professional background.

• Deeply immersed in the container ecosystem.

• Skilled in Kubernetes or OpenShift.

• Knowledgeable about modern deployment techniques via GitOps (ArgoCD) and Git.

• Experienced in Linux and Windows server engineering (AD, Terminal Server).

• Practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins pipelines.

• Familiarity with backup solutions (Velero).

• Experience with storage (S3, NFS) and databases (Postgres) or IAM (Keycloak).
