DevOps, Automation and Artificial Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Critical Infrastructure Management: Oversee, enhance, and monitor Linux infrastructure (Hetzner) to ensure both security and performance.

• n8n High Availability: Design and sustain a scalable n8n architecture, setting up worker separation and optimizing RabbitMQ and Redis usage for maximum fault tolerance.

• Routing and Security: Set up and maintain Traefik for effective routing and utilize Cloudflare for protection and delivery enhancements.

• Monitoring and CI/CD: Create proactive monitoring systems to identify and address bottlenecks. Establish and uphold CI/CD practices to facilitate secure infrastructure deployment and new n8n workflows.

• Leadership in n8n Flow Development: Serve as the main owner for the design and development of comprehensive n8n automation workflows, ensuring clean code (including JavaScript/Python in specific nodes as needed) and optimal performance.

• High-Level Marketing Integration: Construct robust integration flows with essential marketing APIs (Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, CRMs, email platforms), ensuring appropriate authentication and effective error management.

• AI Architecture in n8n: Create workflows that incorporate LLMs and RAG systems to develop marketing automation agents, such as dynamic segmentation, message personalization, or automated copy generation.

• Workflow Performance Optimization: Analyze and refine existing and new workflows to guarantee efficient utilization of infrastructure resources and swift execution of automations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid DevOps Infrastructure Experience: Proficient management of Linux, VPS (Hetzner), with strong expertise in container orchestration using Docker/Docker Compose and Portainer.

• Scalability Specialist (n8n): Extensive knowledge of high-availability architecture for n8n employing RabbitMQ (message queues) and Redis (cache and sessions) for reliable, asynchronous processing.

• Networking and Routing Proficiency: Practical experience with Traefik (reverse proxy, load balancing) and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security).

• Automation Expert (n8n): Demonstrated capability to develop and optimize complex workflows in self-hosted n8n, including data management through Supabase.

• AI Applied to Marketing: Familiarity with integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG, and prompt engineering directly into n8n workflows for marketing applications (personalization, content generation).
