DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure for both client and internal projects.

• Create and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and swift deployments.

• Establish monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to identify infrastructure requirements and facilitate seamless delivery.

• Enhance reliability, scalability, and security by employing DevOps practices and automation techniques.

• Engage in architecture discussions and influence infrastructure strategy for client products.

• Address production issues and lead the resolution of incidents.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp operational challenges and provide practical, secure, and maintainable DevOps solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with at least one leading cloud provider (AWS or Azure).

• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar).

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools).

• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS/AKS).

• Capability to set up monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).

• Knowledgeable in networking, security best practices, and scalable distributed systems.

• Proven experience in diagnosing performance, reliability, and deployment challenges in production settings.

• Exceptional spoken and written English; comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into infrastructure decisions.

• Strong communication skills to convey trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Composed under pressure, systematic in incident analysis, and focused on long-term reliability.

• Polish business entity capable of issuing B2B invoices, or willingness to establish one prior to employment.

• Must have the ability to work on your own computer.

• Availability to work during a 3–7 pm overlap.

• Full-time commitment can be selected on the application form.
