This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage incident resolution (break/fix) through ServiceNow.

• Act as the DevOps/application lead for new projects in non-production or lower environments.

• Engage with the team daily through chat and video in a virtual office setting.

• Update and sustain release documentation.

• Take part in application pre-release meetings.

• Ensure that deployment documentation remains current.

• Keep network diagrams updated.

• Configure pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Handle requests including tickets (ServiceNow) and firewall rules (RFCs).

• Foster productive relationships with clients and project managers.

• Collaborate with Development teams, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams.

• Develop post-deployment tests (smoke tests).

• Create Ansible playbooks and PowerShell scripts.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for designated applications.

• Participate in global release presentations known as "Application Release Review."


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in administering Windows environments.

• Experience with Microsoft IIS and .NET applications, including support and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of HTTP integration and inter-application communication.

• Proficient in scripting, preferably with PowerShell, concentrating on automation.

• Strong grasp of DevOps and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, including YAML pipeline configuration.

• Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates.

• Familiarity with MS SQL Server (queries) is preferred.

• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS is preferred.

• Linux administration experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AKS) is preferred.

• Experience with management tools like Rancher or Rafay is preferred.

• Knowledge of Ansible/AWX and Unix shell scripting is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, Splunk, Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, and Git/GitHub is preferred.

• Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI tools including Copilot, Cursor, and LangFlow is preferred.
