DevOps Administrator – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee GitHub Enterprise operations: user onboarding and offboarding, group management, permission settings, and AuditLog oversight.

• Manage SonarQube Enterprise: create projects, handle user and permission management, troubleshoot logs and databases, perform version upgrades, conduct migrations, and ensure integration tokens with GitHub SAST/DAST pipelines are current.

• Administer AWS SSO/Identity Center: manage users, groups, permission sets, IAM policies, and conduct audits utilizing Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AWS CLI, and the console.

• Oversee the creation and deletion of AWS accounts via AWS Account Factory.

• Manage AWS Organization: configure billing, generate cost reports, and resolve support tickets.

• Facilitate DataDog integrations across AWS Organization, GitHub Enterprise, SonarQube Enterprise, and specialized containerized applications running on AWS ECS clusters using OTLP/DDOT.

• Conduct regular User Access Reviews (UAR) for AWS Identity Center, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube Enterprise.

• Supervise CI/CD pipelines for SonarQube and AnthonyTravel applications, including the backstage environment.

• Evaluate pull requests for all changes made to the Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) structure.

• Assist with routine audits for PCI and SOX compliance, addressing concerns related to access, privileges, and improper offboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering GitHub Enterprise.

• Experience with SonarQube Enterprise administration, including project creation, user and permission management, log and database troubleshooting, version upgrades, and migrations.

• Strong understanding of AWS SSO/Identity Center administration.

• Experience utilizing Terraform (IaC) for auditing and managing infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AWS CLI and the AWS console.

• Experience in creating and deleting AWS accounts through AWS Account Factory.

• Knowledge of AWS Organization management, including billing configurations, cost reporting, and support ticket handling.

• Experience in supporting DataDog integrations.

• Familiarity with enterprise or custom containerized applications operating on AWS ECS clusters using OTLP/DDOT.

• Experience in conducting User Access Reviews.

• Familiarity with managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to work mainly during CT and ET business hours, with occasional overlaps in PT.
