Development Team Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee technical operations for an agile engineering team

• Maintain active participation in architecture design and hands-on coding

• Guide engineers and enhance delivery methodologies

• Offer daily technical leadership and coordination for an agile engineering team

• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to execute the roadmap

• Enhance operational reliability and uphold engineering standards

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 7 years of software engineering experience with C#/.Net and contemporary UI frameworks (React.js)

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers

• Familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies

• Strong expertise in backend, frontend, and cloud engineering

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
