This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assemble the leadership team around each creator, which includes overseeing directors, head writers, art directors, and other creative leaders.
• Identify, interview, and onboard freelance and contract talent for development projects.
• Equip teams with the necessary tools, schedules, and workflows to achieve development milestones.
• Oversee the daily development process for pilot scripts, season outlines, voice actor casting, visual development, and character design.
• Monitor schedules and budgets across ongoing workstreams, highlighting any delays or budget overruns.
• Conduct regular check-ins to resolve issues and maintain the momentum of workstreams.
• Keep updated status documentation for every show in production.
• Manage production logistics for proof-of-concept vertical slices.
• Coordinate resources for animation, voice-over, and design for vertical slices.
• Facilitate transitions from development to full production.
• Oversee a slate of up to five shows, each at different stages of development and featuring various art styles and tones.
• Allocate time and resources according to milestone priorities and executive direction.
• Raise slate-level risks to Development Executives.
• Provide precise status updates to ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Proven experience as a line producer or production manager in animation, live-action, or gaming sectors.
• Familiarity with development processes is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple shows simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing and recruiting creative teams.
• Proficient in budget tracking and project-level reporting.
• Strong, clear communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate directly with creators and creative leads without exerting creative authority over their work.
• Willingness to work across time zones with a distributed, international team.
• Understanding of animation-specific development costs and timelines is a plus.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Coda, Linear, or similar production/knowledge tools is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a rapidly scaling studio environment is a bonus.
• A creative background in writing, directing, or design is not mandatory.
