This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the complete gift processing operations from start to finish
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data is maintained
• Lead the monthly reconciliation activities between Raiser’s Edge and Intacct
• Manage and track compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary functional lead for donor management systems
• Evaluate operational workflows and suggest improvements
• Create, document, and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Offer guidance and support to the Development team
• Produce and refine reports and data outputs
• Collaborate on initiatives that span multiple functions
• Carry out special projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience
• 3–5+ years of pertinent experience in development operations, CRM management, or similar technical/operational roles
• Advanced skills in Raiser’s Edge NXT; administrator-level expertise is preferred
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data governance, and fundraising processes
• Experience in financial reconciliation procedures
• Proficient in reporting and data analysis; capable of interpreting and conveying insights
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and processes independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
