Development Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide agile support across Development Operations workstreams; act as a trained backup for gift processing and grant agreement workflows.

• Collaborate with the Database and Central Development teams to review, update, and enhance Salesforce reports and campaigns.

• Keep current knowledge of gift management procedures and agreement protocols.

• Accurately document and maintain donor and prospect information, ensuring high data quality throughout the CRM.

• Conduct due diligence checks and basic research on donors and prospects to assist the frontline fundraising teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine passion for supporting others and a "no task is too small" mindset.

• Comfort in quickly learning new software; prior experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is advantageous, but not essential if you are a quick learner.

• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record maintenance; you take pleasure in "getting the details right."

• Ability to manage multiple small tasks concurrently while remaining focused on deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on being helpful and clear in a remote work setting.
