• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and integrated approach to development projects.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Advocate for agile development methodologies, promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and early value delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in software development with a robust background in leading and managing development teams.
