This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in driving fundraising growth, community involvement, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives within the CA, NV, OR, WA regions.
• Cultivate and manage corporate and community partnerships to boost peer-to-peer fundraising efforts.
• Inspire volunteers and community leaders, enhancing revenue through fundraising events, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
• Act as a link between fundraising strategies and operational execution, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives.
• Recruit, engage, and support Kidney Walk participants, teams, volunteer leaders, committee members, and fundraising advocates.
• Oversee sponsor fulfillment and stewardship activities to guarantee an exceptional experience for partners.
• Keep precise records of donors, sponsors, participants, and fundraising efforts, while also aiding in development reporting.
• Support onsite event execution, budget management, and reporting related to fundraising initiatives.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in non-profit fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, non-profit leadership, and event management.
• Proven ability in account management and establishing corporate partnerships that surpass revenue goals.
• Familiarity with product marketing/sales principles.
• Outcome-oriented mindset capable of adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in computer-based information systems.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Capacity to travel throughout Southern California and the market area.
