Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead software development teams to ensure high-quality project deliveries.

• Eliminate obstacles in the development workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or leading software development teams, focusing on tracking deliveries, overcoming obstacles, and nurturing talent.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar), with the flexibility to modify processes according to the team's circumstances.

• A background as a software developer, with a solid understanding of the development lifecycle (Preferred).

• Familiarity with system design and architecture, capable of contributing to discussions about technical trade-offs.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability practices.

• Basic knowledge of databases, including modeling, queries, and performance considerations.
