📋 Description

• Lead economic policy reform, stimulate private sector growth, and utilize blended finance or impact investing strategies.

• Develop innovative funding models and conduct thorough market and cost-benefit analyses.

• Advocate for financial inclusion to build resilient economic ecosystems.

• Design and implement learning frameworks, performance monitoring systems, and comprehensive program evaluations.

• Integrate inclusive practices throughout the program lifecycle to ensure fair development results.

• Promote climate finance, environmental resilience, and strategies for adaptation and mitigation.

• Oversee financial, human resources, compliance, and contract management for large donor-funded initiatives.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, knowledge dissemination, and impactful public diplomacy efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in international development within the APAC region, ideally with consulting firms or managing contractors.

• Proven track record of successfully leading or implementing complex programs while managing varied partnerships and stakeholder interactions.

• In-depth knowledge of the processes of major international donors, including DFAT, FCDO, USG, ADB, World Bank, MFAT, or similar organizations.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Strong analytical skills to translate complex challenges into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

• Excellent writing skills, evidenced by clear and persuasive briefings and technical documentation.
