This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of donor and constituent information within the CRM and fundraising or engagement platforms.
• Perform regular data audits, maintain records, and oversee quality control processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and donor insights for stewardship, fundraising initiatives, and organizational decision-making.
• Assist with gift processing, donor segmentation, and the management of constituent records.
• Enhance data collection methods and streamline operational workflows.
• Manage projects related to quarterly investor reports, webinars, and the CEO snapshot series.
• Facilitate stewardship engagement and reporting activities.
• Undertake personalized, externally-facing donor stewardship tasks as the program evolves.
• Contribute to the planning of a future philanthropy convening event.
• Research and compile materials for donor meetings, including donor packets, pool reports, and briefing documents.
• Address ad hoc research requests that support major gift cultivation efforts.
• Collaborate with the Philanthropy team and frontline fundraising staff.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, nonprofit administration, database management, or a related area.
• Proven experience contributing to mission-driven initiatives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior leadership.
• Experience in maintaining constituent, donor, customer, or organizational databases with high levels of accuracy.
• Capability to learn and adapt to various systems and technology platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter mentality; ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively outline task approaches.
• Core working hours generally align with Eastern Time, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability for key team meetings.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Excel, or similar tools is preferred.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting best practices, and donor segmentation strategies is preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini is preferred.
• A creative interest in developing donor-facing materials, webinars, and stewardship events is preferred.
