This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess, research, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of system issues, enhancement requests, bugs, and operational challenges.
• Identify suitable paths for resolution and escalation.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal software tools, workflows, and automated solutions.
• Enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product, and Development teams to gather requirements and review priorities.
• Convert business needs into scalable technological solutions.
• Recognize process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and recurring operational challenges.
• Suggest and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support system enhancements and technology initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Manage priorities and engage in solution design discussions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Assist Implementation, Support, and other operational teams.
• Utilize reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and Salesforce capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives and support internal technology solutions.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Quick learner of new technologies, systems, and business processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and organizational levels.
• Experience in supporting business systems, operational tools, SaaS applications, or internally developed technology solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with researching issues, troubleshooting business processes, and supporting system enhancements, bug fixes, or operational workflows is preferred.
• Experience with automation, software testing, process improvement initiatives, and workflow optimization is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, TypeScript, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or similar development and automation technologies is preferred.
• Ability to work five days a week during designated hours.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day.
• Ability to operate computers and phone systems while using multiple software programs simultaneously.
