This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with our users on a daily basis through Slack, email, and Zoom.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of WorkOS’s products and codebase, including supporting technologies like SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Offer technical guidance to developers on best practices for API integration.
• Serve as both a mentor for soft and hard skills and a point of escalation for junior team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues the developers encounter, diagnosing potential blockers.
• Collect customer feedback to influence product development.
• Collaborate across various functions within the organization.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical customer support role that focuses on developer-oriented products.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong enthusiasm for teaching and simplifying complex concepts.
• Quick to learn and possess a relentless curiosity.
