This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in minimizing onboarding challenges for the developer community by creating code samples, debugging, engaging directly with partners, and utilizing long-tail support channels.
• Aid external developers in resolving missing functionalities or technical challenges through the use of plugins, tools, applications, or custom scripts.
• Observe external communities on platforms such as Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to to discover new content opportunities.
• Establish yourself as an authority on Storyblok and headless CMS, guiding developers, partner agencies, and customers in understanding Storyblok's capabilities to seamlessly implement a headless architecture in their projects and maximize Storyblok’s features.
• Facilitate workshops, author tutorials and documentation, participate in webinars, record instructional videos, and deliver product demonstrations to assist developers and enterprise customers.
• Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code examples to illustrate the power and versatility of Storyblok and the headless approach to content management.
• Identify and document gaps and technical issues within Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Contribute code enhancements and bug resolutions to Storyblok’s public open-source initiatives.
• Suggest new or improved features for the Storyblok Headless CMS.
• Engage with and support the Storyblok community across various platforms.
• Represent Storyblok at both online and in-person events.
• Assist in shaping the roadmap for documentation, tutorials, and the onboarding experience.
• Exhibit AI literacy to effectively utilize AI tools.
• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Familiarity with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; experience with GraphQL APIs is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) along with its core principles.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Background in organizing meetups or other events.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Effective communication skills that foster interaction with multiple stakeholders and across departments.
• Confident, detail-oriented, and highly driven to contribute to the organization's growth as part of a high-performing team.
