Developer Relations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop publicly using Cast AI products—Core, GPU Optimization, Database Optimization (DBO), and Kimchi—through tutorials, demonstrations, integrations, and benchmarks.

• Interact with developers on platforms such as Discord, GitHub discussions, Reddit, and Hacker News.

• Transform user feedback into actionable insights for the product team.

• Create technical content including setup guides, benchmark analyses, comparison articles, and integration tutorials.

• Present at conferences and meetups and facilitate workshops.

• Identify areas where new users encounter challenges and advocate for product improvements.

• Influence Cast AI’s presence within developer, DevOps, CNCF, AI, platform, and SRE communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience building real software and can discuss it knowledgeably.

• Ideally, you have experience with Kubernetes and related CNCF ecosystem tools.

• Ideally, you have utilized agentic coding tools and have well-formed opinions about them.

• Excellent technical writing abilities, with a talent for clarifying complex concepts and connecting with a developer audience.

• Comfortable representing a technical product publicly through blog entries, presentations, live demonstrations, and community discussions.

• Bonus: familiarity with or experience in Kubernetes, LLM inference, or developer tooling.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Cast AI does not provide visa sponsorship or work permits.
