• Taking ownership of launches from inception to completion. You will craft the narrative for our product teams, which includes developing go-to-market plans, writing announcements, managing product positioning, and ensuring ongoing adoption well beyond launch day. You will play a key role in enabling new ideas to thrive in competitive markets with billion-dollar players.
• Acting as the representative voice of PostHog for engineers. You will collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure our products are well-received.
• Overseeing go-to-market strategies for specific products. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the GTM plan for a designated product, taking the lead in driving its success, from establishing the value proposition to co-marketing efforts.
• Delivering consistently. This position requires frequent shipping of work; it’s not about creating a strategy document and waiting. You will be actively producing work every week.
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Development experience, although not necessarily in a formal capacity – side projects that showcase your skills are also relevant.
• Experience in targeting developers as customers or crafting content for technical audiences.
