This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement, configure, provide support for, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity/Fircosoft applications.

• Deliver L3 support, including monitoring, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.

• Facilitate sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions.

• Configure screening rules, watchlists, and filtering parameters effectively.

• Work with Firco Utilities such as FMM, FML, FUM, and FFFClassic.

• Assist with integrations utilizing MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and TWS scheduling.

• Develop and support SQL using Oracle/MS SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate processes.

• Oversee upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.

• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis groups.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Firco Continuity and sanctions screening in a banking or financial services context.

• Proficient and practical knowledge of Firco Continuity.

• Familiarity with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.

• Strong understanding of sanctions screening and payment processing mechanisms.

• Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and messaging/integration systems.

• Proven experience in supporting critical production environments.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology/application implementation or support.

• Experience with Firco Continuity V6 upgrades is an advantage.
