This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, version, release, and enhance governed AI agents, workflows, prompts, retrieval systems, approved data sources, and supporting automation solutions.

• Convert validated business use cases into technical solution designs, including assumptions, effort estimates, risks, and criteria for success.

• Construct and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data connections in collaboration with platform, data, application, and security stakeholders.

• Assist in the technical onboarding of business teams onto newly developed agents, workflows, or reusable AI solutions.

• Identify and resolve Tier 3 technical issues related to retrieval quality, indexing anomalies, workflow failures, agent malfunctions, integration defects, permissions model behavior, and advanced configuration challenges.

• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring technical problems and implement long-term solutions.

• Create technical reproduction cases for vendor escalations and collaborate with vendor engineering on complex defects.

• Generate telemetry regarding reliability, quality, usage, and consumption for deployed AI capabilities.

• Document technical designs, integrations, agent and workflow definitions, and technical runbooks.

• Assist in the technical evaluation of new vendor capabilities and changes, considering compatibility, risk, governance, safety, and implementation factors.

• Adhere to ethical and responsible AI standards as well as 11:11's Secure Development Policy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared dependencies.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of technical AI patterns, reusable components, capability quality, and governance-aligned implementation practices.

• Assess and support AI capabilities that are embedded within other enterprise systems.

• Facilitate advanced technical enablement for power users and builder-track audiences.

• Escalate issues related to policy, standards, architecture, prioritization, and vendor-commercial matters to the Director of AI.

• Manage company data and information in accordance with company agreements, procedures, and policies.

• Review and comply with company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related Information Technology field, or a comparable amount of relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in application development, enterprise platform configuration, automation, integrations, business systems, or a related technical role.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, agents, workflows, or similar AI platform capabilities in a business context.

• Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language.

• Practical experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, and JSON or comparable structured data.

• Understanding of enterprise search and retrieval concepts, including indexing, ranking, permissions-aware retrieval, grounding, and relevance tuning.

• Proven skills in prompt and instruction design, including structured testing and iterative enhancement.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or search platforms, particularly Glean.

• Familiarity with identity and access models such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and group-based permissions.

• Awareness of common AI risks such as hallucination, prompt injection, over-permissioning, data leakage, and suitable mitigations.

• Capability to produce clear technical documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
