This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, version, release, and enhance governed AI agents, workflows, prompts, retrieval mechanisms, approved data sources, and associated automation.

• Convert approved business use cases into technical solution designs, including assumptions, effort estimates, risks, and success metrics.

• Create and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data connections with platform, data, application, and security stakeholders.

• Assist in the technical onboarding process for business teams utilizing newly developed agents, workflows, or reusable AI solutions.

• Identify and resolve Tier 3 technical issues related to retrieval quality, indexing discrepancies, workflow failures, agent malfunctions, integration flaws, permission-model behavior, and complex configuration challenges.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

• Document technical reproduction scenarios for vendor escalations and collaborate with vendor engineering on intricate defects.

• Generate reliability, quality, usage, and consumption telemetry for deployed AI functionalities.

• Document technical designs, integrations, agent and workflow specifications, and operational runbooks.

• Assist in the technical evaluation of new vendor capabilities and changes, including compatibility, risks, governance, safety, and implementation factors.

• Uphold ethical and responsible AI standards as well as comply with 11:11's Secure Development Policy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding shared dependencies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of technical AI patterns, reusable components, capability quality, and governance-aligned implementation practices.

• Evaluate and assist in the integration of in-scope AI capabilities within other enterprise systems when technical integration or controls are necessary.

• Provide advanced technical support for power users and builder-track audiences.

• Escalate policy, standards, architecture, prioritization, and vendor-commercial issues to the Director of AI.

• Adhere to company values, data handling agreements, work procedures, policies, privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree in a related Information Technology discipline or equivalent years of relevant work experience are mandatory.

• Over 3 years of proven experience in application development, enterprise platform configuration, automation, integrations, business systems, or a similar technical role.

• Proven hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, agents, workflows, or equivalent AI platform functionalities in a business setting.

• Proficient in Python or a similar scripting language.

• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, and JSON or comparable structured data.

• Understanding of enterprise search and retrieval concepts, including indexing, ranking, permissions-aware retrieval, grounding, and relevance tuning.

• Demonstrated proficiency in prompt and instruction design, including structured testing and iterative refinement.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or search platforms, such as Glean.

• Experience with identity and access models like SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and group-based permissions.

• Familiarity with common AI risks, including hallucination, prompt injection, over-permissioning, data leakage, and suitable mitigations.

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Experience with coding agents like Claude Code or Codex, AI workflow or evaluation tools, Cloud AI services, or Bedrock is preferred.
