This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, version, release, and enhance governed AI agents, workflows, prompts, retrieval mechanisms, approved data sources, and supporting automation processes.

• Convert approved business use cases into technical solution designs, including assumptions, effort estimates, risks, and success criteria.

• Create and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data connections in collaboration with platform, data, application, and security stakeholders.

• Assist in the technical onboarding of business teams onto newly developed agents, workflows, or reusable AI solutions.

• Identify and resolve Tier 3 technical issues related to retrieval quality, indexing anomalies, workflow failures, agent failures, integration errors, permission model behaviors, and complex configuration challenges.

• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring technical problems and implement sustainable solutions.

• Draft technical reproduction cases for vendor escalations and collaborate with vendor engineering teams on intricate defects.

• Generate reliability, quality, usage, and consumption telemetry for deployed AI capabilities.

• Document technical designs, integrations, agent and workflow definitions, as well as technical runbooks.

• Assist in the technical assessment of new vendor capabilities and modifications, considering compatibility, risk, governance, safety, and implementation factors.

• Adhere to established standards for ethical and responsible AI usage, alongside 11:11's Secure Development Policy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared dependencies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of technical AI patterns, reusable components, capability quality, and governance-aligned implementation practices.

• Assess and support in-scope AI capabilities integrated within other enterprise systems when technical integration or controls are necessary.

• Provide advanced technical enablement for power users and builder-track audiences.

• Escalate matters related to policy, standards, architecture, prioritization, and vendor-commercial issues to the Director of AI.

• Manage company data and information in accordance with agreements, procedures, and policies.

• Review and adhere to company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or university degree in a related Information Technology field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in application development, enterprise platform configuration, automation, integrations, business systems, or a similar technical role.

• Proven hands-on experience in utilizing enterprise AI tools, agents, workflows, or similar AI platform capabilities within a business setting.

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language.

• Practical experience with REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and JSON or similar structured data formats.

• Understanding of enterprise search and retrieval concepts, including indexing, ranking, permissions-aware retrieval, grounding, and relevance tuning.

• Demonstrated expertise in prompt and instruction design, including structured testing and iterative enhancement.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or search platforms, including Glean, as well as identity and access models such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and group-based permissions.

• Familiarity with common AI risks, including hallucination, prompt injection, over-permissioning, data leakage, and appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with coding agents like Claude Code or Codex, AI workflow or evaluation tools, Cloud AI services, or Bedrock is preferred.
