Dev Back End – ES

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities identified by Checkmarx, Black Duck, and WebInspect.

• Updating libraries and components that have known vulnerabilities.

• Code refactoring to meet security and quality standards.

• Addressing findings from SonarQube.

• Development and maintenance of Java Spring Boot microservices.

• Implementation and upkeep of unit tests.

• Support for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs.

• Validation of dependencies and third-party components.

• Participation in code reviews and adherence to secure development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Java 17 or newer.

• Spring Boot.

• REST APIs.

• Maven.

• Git.

• SonarQube.

• Checkmarx.

• Management of OWASP vulnerabilities.

• Unit testing experience (JUnit, Mockito).

• Experience in remediating security vulnerabilities.

• Experience addressing findings from:

• - Checkmarx

• - Black Duck

• - WebInspect

• - SonarQube

• Knowledge of:

• - OWASP Top 10

• - Vulnerable dependencies

• - Updating libraries and frameworks

• - Secure coding practices
