Deutschsprachiger Customer Service Mitarbeiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Handling incoming customer inquiries primarily via phone while ensuring a professional customer experience.

• Addressing written customer inquiries during available service hours.

• Assisting with appointment scheduling, changes, and cancellations related to installation services.

• Providing initial support for basic questions regarding smoke detectors (no technical background required).

• Assisting with billing inquiries and explaining billing items.

• Supporting customers with questions about the customer portal.

• Coordinating appointments for meter readings.

• General handling of service-related customer inquiries.

• Ensuring high-quality customer service without sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) in both spoken and written form.

• Initial experience in telephone customer service or strong motivation for inbound customer support.

• Stable internet connection and power supply for remote work (Speedtest required).

• Proficient in using computers and digital communication tools.

• Patient, service-oriented personality with clear and structured communication.

• Reliable work ethic and quick comprehension skills.

• Willingness to handle written customer inquiries as well.

• Interest in a long-term position in customer service (no interest in sales projects).
