• Engage with clients to grasp their preferences, budgets, and expectations.

• Investigate and propose destinations, accommodations, excursions, and associated services.

• Manage reservations and verify detailed arrangements.

• Keep precise client records and documentation.

• Offer continuous support before, during, and after each client’s experience.

• Remain updated on destination changes, industry trends, and supplier offerings.

• Provide outstanding customer service and prompt follow-up.
