This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Promptly contact and follow up with insured parties and claimants.

• Investigate the underlying causes and provide clients with well-supported recommendations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and insured individuals.

• Perform tasks in compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in property damage and liability.

• Training or experience in claims management.

• Background or interest in bodily injury claims.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Bilingualism in French and English is a significant advantage.
