Desk Adjuster – CAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage insurance claims for properties in Florida

• Gather recorded statements

• Suggest reserves through thoroughly supported reports

• Ensure compliance while overseeing an active caseload of claims

• Analyze coverage forms and endorsements

• Detect potential coverage concerns

• Create well-documented reports for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in adjusting first-party residential and/or commercial property claims

• Proficient in Xactimate and/or Cotality

• Possess an active Florida adjuster license and self-appointment

• Have a working computer with dependable internet connectivity

• Strong skills in time management and customer service

• Familiarity with reading insurance policies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in drafting coverage determination letters
