Designer, Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Design signage in accordance with client specifications and project needs

• Create precise proofs for client evaluation and approval

• Implement design changes swiftly and effectively

• Generate production-ready artwork and files

• Assist with additional production design tasks as required

• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables

• Dispatch proofs and design updates to clients

• Follow up on approvals, modifications, and feedback

• Monitor project advancement and keep workflows organized

• Facilitate the progression of projects through the approval and production stages

• Manage communication among internal teams, clients, and installers to meet deadlines

• Aid in installer communication, client follow-ups, approvals, and pricing coordination

• Ensure a seamless transition from design through production and installation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (highest priority)

• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop and InDesign

• Proven experience in producing accurate, fast-turnaround production design work

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to follow instructions and execute efficiently

• Background in signage, print production, large-format graphics, or similar fields

• Experience in client-facing communication

• Skills in project coordination or workflow management

• Knowledge of ClickUp or comparable project management software

• Understanding of estimating or production workflows

• Experience interacting with installers or production vendors

• Ability to read architectural floor plans, site plans, or construction drawings for signage placement

• Salary: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month
