Designer Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create strategic content for social media, advertisements, and targeted campaigns, ensuring visual quality and brand alignment.

• Develop visual identities for new projects and clients (under the supervision of a senior designer for complex cases).

• Produce materials for events, conferences, and commercial presentations.

• Create and modify images using AI with a focus on innovation and aesthetic quality.

• Collaborate in the visual planning of conversion funnels and campaign journeys.

• Mentor Junior Designers: review deliverables, teach tools and processes, and conduct technical sessions in DesignOps.

• Participate in quarterly calibrations and contribute to the refinement of the Designer Skill Rubric.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Ability to create and customize complete layouts for websites and landing pages in Figma, applying UX/UI principles with consistent navigation flows.

• Full development of visual identity and institutional materials.

• Interpretation of retention metrics and performance of posts (drop-off curves, engagement).

• Creation and refinement of images using creative generative AI (Midjourney, Leonardo, Freepik).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute tasks independently.

• Proactive in seeking solutions, innovation, and application of AI.

• Creative ability in visual communication.

• Good communication skills and teamwork.

• Expertise in e-book layout design.
