• Owner of the brand, accountable for the visual branding elements, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Manage both internal and external content, assisting the HR team with materials related to internal employer branding (internal marketing).
• Collaborate with the product team to align branding with the website's visual design.
• Develop assets for external promotional activities.
• Create documents, presentations, email marketing layouts, landing pages, social media visuals, motion graphics, short-form video edits, paid media advertisements, banners, and key visuals for campaigns.
• Design key visuals and oversee the development and distribution of various asset versions.
• Generate materials for both organic and paid media efforts.
• Produce motion videos along with basic video editing tasks.
• Develop corporate materials including commercials, internal and external presentations, infographics, eBooks, and other rich content; layouts for email marketing, landing pages, website and blog pages; and images for blog posts.
• Bachelor’s degree from a university.
