Designer, Illustrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ideate, design, and create engaging book covers and illustrations based on the guidelines set forth by production managers and authors.

• Work closely with authors and production managers to ensure that the designs reflect the authors' visions and expectations.

• Develop visually striking illustrations using AI tools that adhere to Spines.com's high-quality standards.

• Provide outstanding work while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere.

• Adjust artistic styles to cater to various genres and project requirements.

• Fluent in English, possessing excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience in illustration and book cover design, demonstrated through a portfolio that highlights previous work and the creative process.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, promoting a collaborative approach to work effectively within a team.

• A positive, proactive attitude, along with a steadfast commitment to continuously improving your skills.

• Knowledge of the publishing industry and its cover design standards is a plus.
