This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of modeling strategies, workflow coordination, and ensuring high-quality delivery across assigned projects.
• Provide advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination, documentation, and preliminary engineering support.
• Create coordinated Revit models, drawings, calculations, specifications, product evaluations, and technical documentation.
• Oversee model integrity, which includes managing links, worksets, families, warnings, view templates, and organization.
• Execute and analyze clash tests in Navisworks or ACC, facilitating cross-discipline resolutions.
• Lead modeling, documentation, BIM coordination, clash reviews, and model aggregation for moderate to complex scopes.
• Assess workload, prioritize deliverables, manage timelines, and provide input on resource needs and scope impacts.
• Engage in project, discipline, engineering, production, and coordination meetings.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve modeling and documentation challenges, and escalate complex conflicts as necessary.
• Maintain task tracking, project documentation, GitHub updates, Pull Requests, and accurate time and expense records.
• Assist with site visits, verification of existing conditions, product research, technical evaluations, and specification development.
• Enhance templates, views, tools, families, and shared content to optimize production workflows.
• Offer daily modeling, documentation, and coordination guidance to Designer I and Designer II team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across various projects.
• Experience with coordination processes or field-related activities.
• Proven track record in leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution.
• Ability to maintain model integrity at a senior production level, including managing worksets, applying view templates, resolving warnings, and performing model cleanup.
• Capability to maintain coordinated models, produce precise drawings with minimal oversight, and independently resolve production issues.
• Solid technical grasp of technology systems and engineering principles.
• Competence in performing calculations, conducting product research, and contributing to design development with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• TEECOM is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• Industry certifications such as EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD, PSP/CPP, and PE are preferred but not mandatory.
• Salary range of $95,000–$120,000 per year.
• Remote work arrangement available.
