This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Designer III functions as an emerging individual contributor within a collaborative team.
• Responsible for achieving the objectives related to scope, timeline, and delivery standards.
• Engage with stakeholders and employ influential skills to enhance design processes and practices.
• Produce design outputs including discovery artifacts, sketches, rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to promote discussions and clearly articulate objectives to meet requirements.
• Exhibits the capability to coach and mentor fellow designers, focusing on providing constructive feedback that facilitates growth within the design field.
• May oversee accessibility initiatives, ensuring compliance with 508 standards, and possess knowledge of other emerging accessibility guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree along with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Progressive expertise in design principles and associated technologies.
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe, or other design tools.
• Provide policy and guidance support for Section 508/WCAG compliance.
• Ability to design test cases and plans.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) on accessibility tools and techniques.
