This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out designated design assignments across various web, digital, and marketing platforms, which include updates to web pages, blog modifications and publication support, curating images, preparing assets, updating links, conducting site sweeps, and making content adjustments.

• Aid in the development of design materials for paid media, landing pages, emails, print collateral, and related projects using established components, templates, and brand guidelines.

• Conduct A/B tests and experiments as instructed, providing support for test setups, asset variations, and basic execution under supervision.

• Oversee the maintenance of websites and digital properties, including updates in both staged and live environments.

• Carry out tasks in compliance with established brand standards and design systems.

• Employ self-quality-control measures to reduce errors prior to review.

• Raise questions, uncertainties, or potential issues at the earliest opportunity.

• Efficiently implement feedback from Designer III contributors and Team Leads.

• Engage in critique sessions and design reviews.

• Acquire knowledge of new tools, systems, and workflows utilized by the team.

• Clearly and professionally communicate the status of tasks, progress, and obstacles.

• Collaborate with colleagues and neighboring team members to facilitate successful delivery.

• Keep files, assets, and documentation organized according to team standards.

• Perform additional tasks as requested, directed, or assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in design fields such as graphic design, web design, UX/UI, or marketing design.

• Basic understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition.

• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a willingness to become proficient in additional design tools.

• Experience in web, digital, or marketing design through coursework, internships, or personal projects.

• A portfolio or work samples that showcase fundamental design skills, aptitude, and eagerness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and the development of self-quality assurance habits.

• Openness to coaching and structured feedback.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred; relevant certifications, internship experiences, or experience in a design-adjacent field, supported by a portfolio, will also be considered.
