This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive monitoring and personalized engagement.
• Take comprehensive responsibility for critical incidents in large-scale deployments, conducting thorough analyses across the entire software stack.
• Work directly with escalation and development teams to replicate complex bugs and review system logs.
• Collaborate with customers at every stage—from pre-sales proofs of concept and onboarding to scaling in production.
• Convert distinct customer challenges into scalable solutions by creating internal and external knowledge base articles and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support, particularly in designated or specialized support for critical accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying, managing, and securing Kubernetes production clusters.
• Familiarity with various Kubernetes distributions such as Tanzu, Openshift, EKS, RKE, and GKE.
• Significant experience in deploying, securing, and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters across different distributions.
• Advanced proficiency in Linux operating systems, particularly focusing on storage components.
• Practical experience in architecting and supporting solutions across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization platforms like vSphere.
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes customer relationships, utilizing strong communication skills to connect technical solutions with business objectives.
