This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Oversee and guide licensed sales agents, emphasizing regulatory compliance and adherence to NAR best practices.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies while updating state-specific policy addendums in partnership with brokerage operations.
• Establish and provide outstanding brokerage support to agents, ensuring adherence to state licensing requirements, board/association memberships, MLS participation, and brokerage policies.
• Offer training aimed at enhancing agents' understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate legislation.
• Collaborate with department leaders across brokerage operations, transactions, finance, and support to ensure alignment on compliance, processes, and agent experiences.
• Respond swiftly to agents' inquiries for assistance and problem-solving regarding complex transaction matters.
• Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals.
• Stay updated on state regulatory changes and industry trends, proactively identifying risks and proposing operational or policy improvements.
• Foster innovation and operational efficiency within brokerage operations to accommodate a growing agent base.
• Leverage remote digital technologies to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Manage a large volume of agents in a dynamic, high-growth brokerage setting, ensuring compliance and operational support.
