Design Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives for clients in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, and government.

• Take ownership of the engagement from defining the problem to final delivery, overseeing scope, timelines, and client expectations.

• Design and implement research programs that yield actionable insights for intricate strategic inquiries.

• Integrate research results into strategic frameworks, service blueprints, experience maps, and actionable recommendations.

• Deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders within client organizations.

• Mentor both junior and senior strategists in engagement practices, client management, and strategic thought processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategy, design research, or strategic consulting.

• Proficient qualitative research capabilities.

• Experience in designing research programs, conducting stakeholder and user interviews, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing findings into strategic guidance.

• Proven experience in developing strategic frameworks, service blueprints, journey maps, and experience strategies.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Dovetail, Figma, Cowork, and NotebookLM.

• Practical knowledge and skills in AI-assisted research and analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills, including written, visual, and verbal.
